Core Values - Respectful and Caring to All

Our Values

FiND operates all of its services in a person centred way. In working this way, we ensure that all people are respected, listened to and importantly that the people who come to FiND are at the centre of decision making. To compliment this approach we have developed a set of core values. These core values are about the people who come to FiND, the staff, the activities and how we understand what progress looks and feels like. We undertake an active approach, ensuring that these values are brought to life within our daily practices and interactions.
