Working with health services and referrals teams

FiND is dedicated to delivering exceptional support for individuals with autism and/or learning disabilities. We understand the profound challenges faced by this community and are committed to providing tailored, compassionate care and fun activities that enhance their quality of life. As commissioners of health services and referral teams, your role is pivotal in guiding these people and their families toward resources that make a genuine difference. We invite you to consider partnering with our charity to fulfil this crucial mission.

Activities that drive creativity and friendship

Our organisation stands out in the field of supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism, due to our person-centred approach and comprehensive range of services. We offer specially developed programmes that are designed to address the unique needs of each individual, ensuring a fully personalised service at all times. Our services include a wide range of activities, day trips, sensory sessions, behavioural support, and skill-building workshops that promote independence and social integration.

Every student gets their own My Plan

Each of our students is provided with a My Plan, which works to understand who they really are as an individual, what they want to achieve in life, and how they want to do it. We review each student’s My Plan on a quarterly and annual basis to ensure we’re getting it right and involve people who matter most to our students, including carers, other agencies such as adult social care, CTLD and mental health services. Thanks to this high level of personalisation and attention to detail, we help our students to access a wide range of activities and creative workshops that enrich their daily lives.

Let’s start a valuable partnership

We invite commissioners and referral teams to explore how our charity can complement your efforts in providing exceptional care for individuals with autism and learning disabilities in Hull and across East Yorkshire. By recommending our services, you enable those in your care to access high-quality, specialist support that makes a tangible difference in their lives. Together, we can create a future where every individual with autism and learning disabilities has the opportunity to reach their full potential and lead fulfilling lives.
