FiND are currently recruiting for: Full time, Part time & Maternity positions across our Hessle & Beverley services.

FiND is a charity providing day services meeting the needs of individuals with physical and learning disabilities and or autism. The services are designed to provide stimulating, fulfilling and enjoyable activities throughout the day which are specially designed for each person. Our service encourages every individual to be as independent as possible by promoting positive and meaningful experiences based on a person-centered approach through choices, My Plan’s, one page profiles and staff matching.

So what do we get up to?

Our services provides a range of activities which are important to the young person within a safe, supportive and friendly environment indoors, outdoors and in the community. Within FiND we have a variety of different activity rooms, including art rooms, kitchens, sensory rooms, and computer rooms. We also have a gardening areas with a greenhouse. We provide opportunities to enhance the individual’s social and communication skills to build positive relationships, confidence and self-esteem.

We are currently seeking individuals who are enthusiastic, dedicated, hardworking and able to join an established team. The successful applicant will work to ensure that the quality of care remains high as well as ensuring that FiND’s core values are implemented.

Previous experience of working in a caring role is essential.
